Karen
L. Reed is a licensed social worker in the state of Nevada.
She is a divorced mother of two adult daughters, a graduate of New Antioch’s
Training Institute, a minister at New Antioch Christian Fellowship, and
the 2004 founder of the national ministry, Women of Excellence Living a
Leadership Lifestyle (WELLL).
Minister Reed is the sixth in a sibling group of eight children. She was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, where at the age of twelve, she accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior and received the water baptism. At the age of 21 she relocated to Las Vegas and began her educational and professional careers. She received her Associate in business at Clark County Community College, her bachelor in social work and her masters in social work at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. After spending years focusing on everything but God, and attempting to run away from God’s plan for her life, at the age of 29 she received the baptism of the Holy Spirit.
During the past 14 years she has spent time growing in the Lord, and doing
as Jesus commanded Peter, in John 21:15-17, "to feed and take care of His
sheep." She has been driven by the need to feed God's children with support,
encouragement, time, and unconditional love. Her ministry is that of evangelism
and she has a pastoral call on her life. She is a motivational speaker to
women and children of all ages and ethnic groups. She enjoys preaching and
teaching outside of the customary walls of the church and going to wherever
the people gather. She has ministered in areas of children's nursery, teen
groups, local women groups, the women's prison, as a church greeter, and
in leadership. Karen's mission in life is to be part of the bridge for men
and women, all over the world, to cross as they move from living their lives
as victims, to living their lives as victors!
Barbara
Lewis is a supervisor for the State of Nevada's Wraparound
program. She is also a licensed social worker. In her current position,
she works with children who are in the foster care system by working with
their families and/or caregivers to provide needed services, supports and
to help them achieve permanency. She has worked as a therapist with Children's
Clinical Services and Early Childhood services for the State of Nevada.
Mrs. Lewis was previously a supervisor in Early Childhood for a national
program. She knew that at an early age that she wanted to work with children
and families.
Her walk with the Lord began at a young age. She always knew that God had
a call on her life. Being disillusion, with the churches that she went to,
including the Muslim religion, she wandered from church to church. Her true
walk with the Lord began when she and her family, began to attend Kenneth
Hagin and other Christian meetings and she accepted Christ as her Lord and
Savior as a young adult at a women's retreat. The Holy Spirit ministered
to her heart beginning to break down barriers and strongholds. God is an
awesome God.

Cathy A. Daniels is a safety inspector for a private Nevada construction company. She is a divorced mother of two sons and a daughter. Although she was not raised up in a church, God has always tugged at her heart. Around eight years of age, Cathy would walk by herself to the neighborhood church at night and listen to the minister talk about God. Not much older than eight she would catch rides with friends to their father's church to hear the word of God. As a young adult, Cathy joined the United States Air Force and served her country for twenty-two years and eleven months. While in the Air Force, it became clear that all of God's tugging paid off. She accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior while stationed at Vandenberg Air Force Base, California. After developing a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, she truly knows that accepting Jesus is the best thing that happened to her. In her years in the Air Force, Cathy was assigned to seven military bases and traveled to eight different countries and still served God regardless of her locations, situations or circumstances. During the past three years, she has ministered in the areas of Women of Excellence Living a Leadership Life Ministry (WELLL), Community Evangelist Outreach Ministry, Greeters Ministry, and Chariot Connection Ministry. God is her choice.
Evangelist
Chere L. Howard, born and
raised in the Midwest, surrendered her life to the Lord on Easter of 1963.
After joining the military she left her intimate connection with the Lord
and during these years she experienced intense depression, multiple suicide
attempts, and aggressive behaviors when relationships turned bad. It was
during this time that she realized that she had separated herself from the
one person that loved her in spite of herself, so in 1995 she re-dedicated
her life to God. In God’s perfect wisdom, he anointed Chere Howard
with gifts and talents that she has now chosen to utilize. Although depression,
suicide, murder, and illness continue to attack her mind and her body, she
has chosen to live her life as one more example of a “WELLL WOMAN”.
Chere Howard has now ministered as an administrative assistant, choir member,
greeter, deaconess, and as a teacher to youth, teens, and women in the community
as well as in the prison.
